Jeremy, you going to be at MMP this weekend? I'm going to be in Ogden for some warranty work (thanks Phil Meador for getting rid of the local Mitsu dealer).
Also if anyone could refer a good tuner, I'd like to call late notice tomorrow and see about getting some tuning done Saturday.

I would, but I hate Phil Meador. The service guys are awesome, so I don't want it to sound like they were any part of the problem. It's Phil himself that hung me out to dry about 10 years ago when they sold me a "low mileage" toyota that turned out to have an odometer replacement and another 90k miles than stated. He refused to fix the problem for 2 months until I filed a fraud claim with the state. Of course I'm sure most dealerships have stories being told like that.

Its at my house JJ is coming up here
I cant wait
Got my Tein Mono Flex coilovers with alter the spring rates installed yesterday, Thanks to Vesko. Can't wait to try these on the track. Vesko also made and installed a bigger brake pedal so I can Heel toe now.
Well, I finally got all the new parts on my car.
Last friday I went to work pulling the entire exhaust, tip to tail. Exhaust manifold, o2 housing, dp, cat, etc. I had it all off by Friday night, but I snapped an exhaust manifold stud saturday morning. Then, I snapped an extractor off in the stud trying to get it out. It turned into my worst nightmare, basically. Long story short, if you find yourself in a pickle like this, and you have a steady hand, a tungsten carbide dremel cutter head will obliterate about anything you throw at it. We went through a number of different drill and dremel bits before this worked. Ultimately, it was sharp enough to turn the stainless steel extractor into dust while we were cutting around it. It took all of 10 minutes, and its unfortunate we didn't try that first.
At any rate, she's all back together. New exhaust mani studs, ported, polished, and ceramic coated exhaust mani, ported and coated o2 housing, cobb 3inch DP also ceramic coated, and then into a cobb test-pipe. This all hooks up to an invidia CBE, and I've got to say: I love the way this exhaust sounds.
I learned some damned hard lessons this go round, but in the end it was a great (and terrifiying) learning experience. Just thought I'd share.

Too bad we can't all run like 110+ octane ... ahhh the smell is so much nicer.

Sweet ... ummm ... I've got to do this mod soon, but am going to opt for a high-flow cat ... in fact I think some of the contacts in the Utah Legislature are getting wind of a lot of "stinky" catless DSM / Turbo carzz. If you have a chance to "not-stink" but putting back in a cat, I would suggest it.

Actually, I agree. A high-flow cat will be next on my list. It does stink like hell.
