Soon to transfer out to Hawaii. Just wondering if there are any e85 stations out there. Will be getting the car tuned to whatever fuel options are out there before I go. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

 

nope only 92...there is 100 octane in town but it's $9.99 a gallon so i dont think you will be using that option

 

I tried getting the hook up for e85 on k-bay and they werent having it...kinda sucks.

But yeah 92 is what we have. If needed a few places sell torco accelerator, ive heard pretty decent things about it.

 

I wish there was E85 out here, but like they said no E85... Highest pump oct over here is 92 and there are some shops with race fuel but be prepared to pay a arm and a leg for it . cheapest route to go over here is meth

I know a small shop that has e85.. ethanol right? But its expensive.. I run 92 Oct. And like 4 gallon e85..

Its a small repair shop in kahlihi.. its like 10 bucks a gallon.. but I think its a lil more then e85 if i remember..

 

Straight ethanol and E85 are way different.

 

Hawaii havent put out any e85 to the public. But at my shop we have one for gov vehicles. Talk to some ppl here on one of gmc test vehicle that is for the CO of the base well that car is worth about alot of money. It runs on e85/electric i think. But for me its not worth it if u have to pay over $100k for that vehicle
