Xbox live.. account.. Ikon busta and rubba love .. but its been a while use to be able to keep up with the mid 40's in Halo TS.. and only played GTA for like 3 days.. =) lol got damn WOW has kinda taken over my life ROFL.. go to bed at 11 am and wake up at 5-7 pm its sucks *****.. ps got a new clutch solid did great work. already 100 street miles on it and no hard launches.. once i get a a lil more moneyz and move i wana get it tunned and dynoed.. a kid was telling me about a place in provo that tunes and dynos for pretty cheap.. just wondering about how much and what to expect.. thanks guys..

The cobb car was put into unlimited by the classing by redline(i think). I would have put it in modified due to the weight but billy pulled off a good time for what he had he is a great driver and a good employee for cobb. Couldn't ask for anything more. Even thought that car has power it is a pig.

Hats off to the Brian Crower/Cwest guys. Also the topspeed guys did great even though they had a bad break with their brakes going out the first day and cracking a manifold on sunday.

Good meeting alot of you out at gt live. I was one of the dudes at the ACT clutch booth.

Let me know when the bbq is and I will do my best to promote and get some sponsors for the event. Now that my car is running you will be seeing more of me(whether you like it or not)

 

Man, that sucks. If you would have posted this a few days sooner I would totally have snagged those instead of the other ones I just bought. Oh well, I still got a good deal, and I'm stoked to get them in and done!

In fact, I got the exhaust cam out and the new one in tonight (you know you're an addict when you start a big car project at 11:00 at night, knowing you have to work at 7 the next day ), but then I realized I don't have a torque wrench here.

D'oh!

So, I'll have to either go buy one or find one tomorrow after work so I can torque the caps down and then get the other cam in. Man it's hard to wait though!

**** I can't wait until I hit the track again and get a better time..I figured I'm going to rebuild my exedy twin I just don't know exactly what I need to get yet until I yank the ***** out aaaaaaaaah lots of work to do. I'm heading to Vegas tonight and if the motor doesn't show up today besides me getting really pissed off if that happens I could at least take the cams n cams gears off my old head and pull the rest of the motor out of my car

Lancia's kick ***, I used to have an Alfa Romeo 75 touring car, I love Touring, BTCC, JGTC, and Rally cars FTMFW.

 

I can't wait till Alfa comes to the states... I'm so excited... You have no idea. Still rather have a 996/7 turbo... but damn.

But man oh man was it killing me not being able to open it up yet. I didn't have my laptop here that has all me EVOSCAN and ECUFlash stuff on it, so I can't go do any WOT logs and do any tuning, so for now I had to drive it at part throttle only

And even worse, I have to go out of town for work tomorrow for 11 days, so it will be a while before I can get it out and tune it... grr...

It has a pretty cool idle now though. Nice and subtle

 

You should put five to 600 miles on the cams before you go WOT. Just like clutch and flywheel.

 

e'er one is partying lol, i think this is evos in utah's slowest day.

If anyone wants to join us the S2ki group is getting together tomorrow around 7 at the starbucks on state and like 5300 S. There's a guy there sometimes that has an Evo (its like his 4th car, hence the no posting on Evom ). Anyway, its a chill crowd and we usually just sit and chat for awhile, then sometimes we go cruise around for a bit (but I'm by far the youngest and probably even most immature person there... none of the people in that group are the dumb *** street racers... so a cruise is really just cruising... none of this 140mph bull ****)

 

Well i'm pissed! I went to RMR and ran the Evo,
First run clutch slipped 14.46
Second run clutch slipped 14.36
Third run clutch took a **** 14.69

I'm just happy i have a new clutch at the shop.

 

I should be back in Utah around noon on the 9th and will be locked in a hotel room with my girl for a couple of days. Any time the 12th or later will work for us. Hopefully I will have a few things done to mine before we have a meet.
