Utah Evos
Doesn't want an Evo for sure, one for 13k would have way too many miles on it, and get bad gas mileage, and not be all that reliable.... Not as reliable as... a civic, for example. Plus it wouldn't have a warranty either.
We thought about an Impreza (two of those vins are GR imprezas) but they get slightly worse mileage than she wants (she'll be working in PC starting on Monday... 55 mile drive each day) and they are still a bit more expensive than an equal year Civic with fewer miles. She found plenty of sub 30k, 2006+ Civics for less than 12 when she just looked around a few hrs ago.

salvage doesnt always mean new parts. dealers try to get the cheapest parts available, like i said there always trying to make money. you never know who did all the work or if they did good work at that.
You can tell for yourself if the work is done right, all you have to do is look the car over very well. And yes that means crawling under it. Lines matching etc.
I just got home from wheelin. Not too much mud yet, but I found some nice water holes that would make EXCELLENT mud bogs if they were on dirt and not gravel. On of em I crawled into to figure out how deep it was and water was walf way from the bottom of the door to the window (about bottom of the seat). Too bad it washed off all the mud that was on my truck, now its just dirt brown with no clumps all over the place
This too: JF1GH61638H804437 (thought it is probably a salvage for sure)
Any tips on buying a salvage title car? Bad idea? Good idea? Hmmm... We've now found 3 cars (well possibly three) that she likes but are salvage

Other could mean FLOOD, THEFT, DEATH IN THE CAR, or anything else lol. If its just a accident I would get it.any car that has a slavaged title wont have a warranty. yeah if she is gonna be driving that much everyday i would buy a civic and especially a car with a warranty. honda is the only car that i can think of that gets the best mileage out of anything else. maybe a jetta but then again, they have lots of problems. so i guess your choices are pretty slim.... good luck.

Always check Door Jams for paint lines and check each panel for a slightly different color in the paint and finish. Also on lots of Evos most of the parts like hood, trunk, bumpers and fenders all have the original VIN on them. Eric's car actually didn't have the original fenders on it they where still OEM but No VIN so the car had been in a wreck before he got it. That is probably why it had the CF hood too.
lol that's slc everyones got a unfinished basement, looks good though Jason. besides the $ being spent it's fun sometimes to work on your own house...it's been like 4yrs since I had to sell my house in the divorce
