650whp? what setup are you running in that? Turbo and such??
I am located in Orem. May be drag racing the Evo at Rmr soon just for fun to see what she can do. Built for a track, but I want to see what it can do in the quarter mile. Dropping an Evo 9 engine in in about a month that should put out about 650 whp when all is said and done. New turbo, new Exedy clutch, Voltex Type 5 wing. Have some of my old parts (spoilers / wings) for sale on ksl.com classifieds. Check em out guys.

and ya I would never do a Evo 9 motor swap into a Evo 8 
not worth the trouble man 
besides the 8 motor make more power anyhow and head parts are cheaper.
It will take forever to swap motors having to do a WHOLE NEW WIRING HARNESS

I love that set-up, looks so clean. If ever I wind up putting more than a boost gauge (which I also should probably get here sometime soon) in the STi, maybe I'll get a single din deck and put the gauges in the upper DIN slot.... Hmmmm... Won't be for awhile anyway though

Anyone want to finish their car off with an APR GTC 200 or GTC 300? Almost as good as the Voltex...
Check the wings out on ksl.com classififeds. As for what I am runnin...I can't give away all my secrets, but turbo will be GT3076R. Swapping the motor in because SCCA no longer allows Evo 8's to race. Pretty much got the car built into an Evo 9 now...

Umm, sorry to say but I dont really think you are going to be getting 650WHP on a 30R, I mean maybe on some type of jungle juice fuel and who knows what. You sure about the power?
