you guys going to get a tune? I myself and I know that lots of you other guys need a tune/retune so do what you can do and if you need any help getting a hole of fick I'll help ya

John I know Tyler needs a tune so you should tell hime what days he can get it done
I gotta think about the tune a little bit. I want to, but I'm not sure if I'll have the fundage.

I had my Evos tuned in Portland and SLC and never had any issues with them holding boost or anything else. Thought that was one of the reasons to go with a flash as the stock ecu can adjust for the altitude.

On another note , Who does everyone go to for tuning ? Most likely cobb but I am having a hard time contacting Cort to tune my crap and I can no longer wait.

Im hoping for at least 320 whp with intake,o2 back 3",MBC, 255lph, Sweet JDM stickers and Im getting some underglow pretty soon......

im on a boost controller not stock boost solenoid. and like i said i dont think its the elevation being where i live is higher than slc

Glad you say the same . I even had my car tuned in slc when I lived in st george and there or vegas I never had issues either, that's why I always kept stock ecu

my car on e85 will spike 30-32 and fall to about 25-27. pump gas im around 21-22. But everytime i goto slc my car will not make the boost that it normally does dont know what it is or why but it just does it. I think its the crappy air but thats just my guess.

Im not to worried i just wont go to slc anymore lol

I was tuned in Ogden to 24 on stock ix turbo, with almost all bolt-ons and an mbc. No changes for me driving down to slc, but thats not a big difference in altitudes. The most change I saw was when I drove to cali, I would spike to 25-26 down there.

Maybe the E85 down here is crappier than the stuff you get in ID, thats if your filling up in Clearfield or SLC.

ogden and slc are like 20 miles apart so doubt there is gonna be any change there, and like i said its not elevation being im higher here than slc is

e85 isnt gonna cause the car to loose like 5-6lbs of boost, i was running on fuel from here and topped off at clearfield, afr's stayed same

The SLC air must be really bad for you to be loosing so much boost.

Thats what im thinking. pretty much anyone i talk to from this area that goes to slc says the same.

but i have a solution for the issue= not go to slc lol

Jeez I can't imagine if you were to drive down to LA you'd probably be boosting at stock levels. Their air quality is horrible compared to SLC. Just don't go down there either.
