No I have seen a Evo Run a 11.3 and if I remember right last year I saw one with a AMS motor and 35R run a high 10's pass. Don't think that guy was a Member on the forum but man his car was setup and he could shift pretty well

 

Zach's car was pretty fast, as was Rob's... Don't remember the times they were running though.
