Hey everyone! I found this thread and had to say Hi! I just bought my EVO 8 4 weeks ago. I'm loving every minute behind the wheel. Its a huge upgrade from a Civic! LOL! I'm in Provo. Let me know if there are any events happening. I've got lots of friends in the whole Provo car scene and we all love to change things up.
Welcome welcome, to ANOTHER freakin Utah Valley Evo owner. What do they have them discounted down there?
PS, I'm gonna call Powder Coatings of Utah 866-1300 (David Porter) this afternoon, still no email back from him. I'll let you know if he's still in business Josh

np Nils in vegas has quite a few things of theirs seeing how there one of his sponsors. I'm not to sure on their cams cuz I don't know to many ppl with them but one of the utah guys has gsc s1's I think its riley? I'm sure you would get some good gains, now if money wasn't the option

If you can get the Defi's get em I think there sweet ****. I don't really use the playback much sometimes when I'm at the drag strip or messing around I'll hit record and it will record up to 3min on all the gauges ( u can piggy back up to 7 if I remember right) I've still got a 60mm Oil Pressure I haven't hooked up yet that I might be willing to sell if I don't have it in my car by the time you had some. The warning is pretty cool on the gauges except my boost will show the red warning light cuz its going past the 2bar mark & thats as high as I can set the warning
Ok so I love Defi's but my friend has some greddy gauges that are pretty sick they do an opening ceremony too
Damn pretty sweet deal on the ems I hear most ppl selling them with sensors for $1000+ used. Speaking of I wonder if my friend has any spare map sensors? I'll have to ask but then again its nice to get new stuff
I'll be in Vegas thursday night at the evo meet so how much for the Xede piggy back? I'll ask around see if anyone might wanna snag it up

so it's tuned well for an almost stock evo right now and can be tuned for anything. Vishnu has some 400+ whp cars with this thing on them). Let me know and have fun in Cali.I wish I was going to be around for the BBQ but i'm going out of town (to detroit where it's still 40 degrees and rainy and s***y, right when the nice weather is supposed to come). I don't think many boobies, especially single ones, will be at the bbq.My car STILL has the spare on it, the slash was too big to repair so I had to order a new tire, luckily a local store had one in of the right size and everything so I gotta go in and have them pop it on today.
I WILL remember to call the powder coating place too... I promise...

Since most of yall are further south, where is a good town to live in south of SL? A good place to raise a family? Im thinking about getting out once my enlistment is done in September and getting on one of the departments down south.

Anyway, saw TWO Evos within like 10 seconds of each other, pretty sure neither post on here: first a wingless graphite gray 9 in Big Lots' parking lot on 9th and about 5900s. Then shortly later I saw a black VIII with MR tails going east on 5600 S by 9th East, they turned into the 7/11 parking lot. Neither were people who post on here... i think. I wanted to stop and talk to the guy at 7/11 but I had food getting cold at home. Post-it notes FTW... I still need to go buy some!!!!
And guess what, I forgot to call, well, really I forgot to write down the number. So tomorrow I have it at work and will just call on break.
I really like Sandy, unless you're talking further south. I live in Holladay right now and its way nice, but the housing prices are super high (living with parents FTW). Sandy is nice and in the middle of things. I'll probably live there eventually.

Just my opinion. If you must live south of Salt Lake, I'd say DO NOT come farther than American Fork.
Ya I still haven't had time to put some of my new things on and clean the car so I will be bringing up a old Beat *** Mirage
