anyone see the new garrett turbos that bolt directly onto the stock manifold? Pretty Sweet!! Hard to justify an FP Red for $1800 when you can get a GT3076R for $1300. Now if I only had a job......

I totally forgot I started that post with Evos Suck... No wonder... Well if I really thought that I wouldn't be here now would I. Nor would I have owned one for 3 years.
Shoulda just kept the VIII... By now it'd be a pretty sick car since it was paid off... But I made a stupid move and traded it for the Porsche. Cams, Moton Clubsports, E85, Evo IX front and rear and interior, the black tails and heads (JDM MR I think...) and probably a CF lip... Would've been pretty sweet. Oh well, nothing I can do now.

Sorry it's $1400. They got me with the 99. It needs an external waste gate and a 3" v-band O2 housing. When I get the money, I'm just going to make my own O2 housing that will fit this turbo and go right into my existing exhaust. This is not a TRUE bolt-in but it's close.

Sorry it's $1400. They got me with the 99. It needs an external waste gate and a 3" v-band O2 housing. When I get the money, I'm just going to make my own O2 housing that will fit this turbo and go right into my existing exhaust. This is not a TRUE bolt-in but it's close.
