I'll post some pics on Friday, so far that's all I've seen. Hopefully getting off early tomarrow to pick them up & tires swapped Friday morning...looks like He did a really nice job..can't wait
Wes, did you ever get that evo to start?

Yea I got the evo to start but then started messing with all the other cars that were racing that day..the battery on the evo went dead so it was a no go to do any tuning to it.
Why 17?
What to you know about it

Trenton and I are planning on maybe another meet sometime this weekend due to another decent weather weekend!
We are thinking a cruise to park city and lunch in the area. Depending on the interest, we may host another event. If anyone is interested let me know and anyone and anything with wheels is more than welcome to come. Not sure which day works best with everyone (Saturday or Sunday).

You have a PM sir![/QUOTE]
Thank you sir
Thanks Josh. Yeah, unsprung weight is the worst weight you can have on the car. But, honestly, it is easier to find tires for 18" wheels, the NTO3+Ms I had were 18", but I wasn't super serious. The extra bit of weight was worth it for the cost it saved by being able to buy take-off (used) slicks from Porsche cup racing's front tires.Weight, IMO, is the Evo's biggest killer. It's fast, and can handle like crazy, but the place it loses out is it's nimbleness/agility. I never got a chance, but my dad rode in an old Evo of Vesko's that was very lightly modded and actually only running 17 psi... but Vesko had it stripped down so I think it weighed like 2600 lbs or something crazy. Needless to say it was pretty damn fast.
If I had money to buy a track dedicated Evo, that's the first thing I would do. Gut everything possible out of the car and reduce the weight of anything else (ie CF panels etc).
