It was just the comment of TTP really. If Shep is saying it needs a part replaced, it's because that part is damaged and will lead to failure.
I'm sure Jake can put a tranny together and not having to pay $200+ in shipping is nice. I would have had my rear diff and TC done locally if I felt there was somebody that could do a good job. My
trans experiences has steered me far away from any of the local guys around here though.

dropped my exhaust manifold off to have it ported by Jason on Friday. Great guy, and I got to compare a stock mani with one he'd been working on. very nice work and quite a difference. I'm really stoked.
along these lines, SLCralliart: I had a spare 4g69 intake manifold I was doing nothing with. I figure you could square away something with Jason to get it on your car after he's ported/polished it. either way, it's of more use to you guys than it is to me.
