I raced a carerra gt-2 in draper today from a stoplight. Looked like some rich deuchebag's kid driving his car. Anyhow, I didn't think he was gonna race, and he got on it like crazy from the light, so I dropped it and passed him at about 20mph, and just kept on pulling away from him. He wouldn't even look at me at the next light. I'd really like to race a 911tt.

You'd smoke a 911TT, no questions asked Carrera GT4? I didn't know there was a GT4... do you mean C4? or 4S? Or is there a GT4? Regardless, I've smoked a lot of older gentlemen in C4s, and 2 4Ses. The best racing story is still me in the s2k vs that old guy in his Maserati, I took off and flew through the intersection, and saw him drop his cell phone in my rear view, and less than a second later, he was in front of me... good times.
So, what are the bets of what Al would've ran had someone my weight been driving, think he would've done low 9s?

 

I meant to type gt-2, not gt-4. The gt-4 is the exotic looking porshce. The gt-2 is the race version carrera.

So, there is a GT-4? Isn't that exotic looking porsche just the Carrera GT... the convertible one that's way way expensive?
And racing a GT2 is a better story than a C4

we both went and got pictures... anyway, racing and beating a GT2 kicks ***, assuming the kid knew what he was doing, those are like 0-60 in sub 4 aren't they? Regardless they're like ~200k cars

 

 

Wow Ray, that looks cool... You should paint the emblem black, I think that would make it flow together a bit better, but then again, you don't care about any of our opinions.

 

 

I do think 11s are possible on the stock turbo at this altitude. Sorry if anyone thought i was bragging. Just one of those first day at day at track and excited about the numbers type of things.

What I have been trying to figure is in the low 12's is this ratio still true?

 

Yeah, and sorry if I came across as an ***... with these other guys times, I just don't know if it's possible or not, I guess I don't know what you have on your car compared to everyone else, but if you do it, it sure will be awesome. Maybe I've just overhyped everyone elses' cars I just hope I'd run better than high 13s with my current set-up...
