Zach,
You let me know when, and i'll go too. I've been talking with a guy on the Idaho street racing forums that has an evo and he's mentioned that we should come run firebird.
Seth,
I'm normally an optimistic person, but judging by simple facts I really don't think an 11sec pass is going to be reachable at RMR on the stock 16g. According to the following drag race calculator: http://www.turbofast.com.au/Drag.html , you would need to make 367whp to make an 11sec pass. This formula calculates using a 1.4sec 60', doable, but definatley very difficult.
So now knowing what kind of hp you'd need to achieve an 11sec pass, if you take a look at the compressor flow map found here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...t=16g+flow+map you'll see in order to reach the highest possible hp you'll need to be at the furthest point of the flow map which would put you at about a 2.7 pressure ratio, which at our altitude would be roughly 23psi. However according to the map that will still leave you at about 300-320 whp which is going to give you (WITH PERFECT DRIVING) a 12.54 sec quarter mile pass.
I say go for it. If you can get an 11sec pass, you've proven whoever drew up that flow map to be completely wrong. However, at the same time don't be dissapointed if you don't achieve it. By engineering standards it simply isn't possible at 4500ft.

Someones been hanging out with Mike. Droppin' compressor map bombs on the internet race-scene. Maybe it's just an engineer thing.

1.4 60ft bwwwwhhhhaaaaaaaaaa i'll give you 100 bucks if you rip two 1.5's or better this year rob!!!!!!
I didn't say I could do it. Hell i'm still focusing on besting my 3.3 60' from last time I was at RMR
. I did pull back to back low 1.7's in vegas though. So if the drag racing gods do smile on me and I do get two 1.5's this year, I will hold you to it!!!!!!! Not that it's likely to happen.
