I've seen a yellow one a couple times (don't know if its the same one or not). Seen one on 215 SB leaving Davis County. Seen another headed north on I-15 through Davis County. Only time I've seen it up close was late one night and it was covered in mud. Trunk badge on it just says "evo". Looks like the stock evolution badge but just using the 'evo' part and it was centered up under the diamond star badge.
So... after a very long time (talking on the phone while working on any part of a car is hard) I removed the brake light and what I think is sufficient amount of tint from around it and put it back in... Thanks for the tip Jared, it actually came out in like 3 minutes with two bolts and unplugging it... the hard part was scraping the damn tint off the window, tint at that sharp of an angle is REALLY hard to peel.
