Well....
I got the tranny here on friday and it looks like Fedex as dropped it a couple times!! Fedex sheered off the corner of the bell housing and cracked the case in 3 spots!! I filled a claim and called the place that did the work on this one and I am now waiting for new street/drag tranny to be built and shipped out!! Till then I get drive a 02 WRX.
It damn sure is no evo but hey... It's better than walking!! I'll post pics up of the busted up tranny in the next couple days!!

Orem breaks Evo's. It's a proven fact. Motors blow roughly 3:1 in Orem compared to SLC. Tranny's and T-cases are up 55 % on beakage in the UC. It's like the Bermuda Triangle of EVO breakage.
Speaking of the UC. Remember when Seth posted about that get rich quick scheme, and now everyone who got in on it lost their money is now trying to "find" it. I saw it on the news.
But the UC does have a sweet dyno.
Okay guys, question... what would you do to my car next, if you were me? (i.e. what would you do to a car with my mods that was going to be daily driven mostly, with a little track racing?)

Yes. Technaglass. Around $120 or so... I think. But I don't like the glass, it's got a goofy pattern around the edges. I'll go somewhere else next time. I hear that EVO glass is different than lancer glass. But I had normal lancer put in mine.

I have had a great experience (or not) with the windshield, here's the breakdown
Cost depends on what you get and what insurance you have... usually you can get the windshield replaced for free if you get the Lancer windshield (which fits just the same and really has no problems and doesn't even weigh a whole lot more... plus its stronger). The Evo windshield will almost ALWAYS cost you your deductible. The Evo one is usually hard to get (mine was on back order for almost 4 months, so I just went with a Lancer one)... The guy SAID that the difference in weight was probably a few pounds at most... If you buy it without insurance paying for it... the Evo one is over 500-600 dollars, the Lancer one is around 200 I think

With getting cams, then I need to get a retune too... But that is probably what I'll do anyway... My plan is to wait for COBB to get the Accessport out for us, any other suggestion on tuning devices?
