I'm really feeling these new Volk Gts wheels

Anyone herd much about them?

I just ordered a couple days ago Exedy Twin Plate Clutch & a lightend flywheel, anyone have the same? I'm just noticing that with the stock its already alittle weird getting in gears sometimes and so smooth others, the car has 9000 miles on it now but I think the clutch is already getting worn out and Im told that the stock clutches dont last too long, that true?

Not sure why people have issues with the stock clutch, I had 30,000 mile on the one in my BBY car with a bunch of launchs during autox and the one in the white Evo has over 20,000 miles on it and it is holding the 380+ hp we are throwing at it so far. Had a co driver this weekend at an autox did around 24 runs all with very hard launches and the clutch stunk but it held fine and never slipped.

The Exedy-Twin will make noise after it breaks in. It'll just have to be something you get used to. And by noise I mean that it wines if you ride the clutch. You'll see. it's not bad just gets annoying sometimes.

i have the exedy twin it makes more noise when it's new then it does now for me...it will always sound like your tranny has rocks in it or you have rod knock but don't worry about that it's just the multiple plates making all the noise.

evo mike wtf do you have stage 5 axles for???????

My Excedy makes a sh*t load of noise as well; though now that there is nothing left of the interior of my car but sheet metal ... who can hear the Excedy anymore!?

I ordered the CCWs today. Not going with the Classics as the new one piece wheels offer significantly better performance and are considerably stronger. It's CCW C14 track editions in black for me (18x10 all around) ... now I'll have to mess a bunch with car setup to get the non-staggered setup nice and balanced.

I got a custom tune from AL when he was in Utah in June. It hits 32psi (thirty-two) then falls to 24 at redline in 1-3 gears, hits 32psi then falls to 26 in 4 and 5. All this is done on the STOCK turbo. Anyone that doubts this can go for a ride with me when i get back to utah for Thanksgiving.

If you boost the car under a load it holds 32 for a while.
