question on system install with Sun & Sound system

Okay, but you're talking about an OZ, not an RA. I've never heard of an RA with a sunroof, but no stock amp/sub.
SO i throw out the question. is it the same head unit in the sun and sound package as stock?
If you don't have an amp somewhere in your car, it can't be. Your head unit would be driving your speakers, where in our car, it's the amp under the seat that drives them. There's no amp in our stock S&S head unit, no speaker-level output.

Does the stock radio have support for a amp? If I could place the amp and sub in my car without replacing the head unit I would think about purchasing his. But if I have to replace my head unit to put in the amp and sub I would just invest the money into a better system.

The only way to do it would be to splice into the speaker-level output then put that into a high-level input on an amp.

The S &S system doesn't sound bad at all... but of course if you want more..then you will need to replace it, which is what I did
