My Short Ram Installed
No need to be condenscending... I was simply stating a fact.
I have blue brake fluid in mine. The outside container is white / yellowish. Blue + yellow can make a green tint. I'm not saying his is blue dyed or not, but I'm saying you can't make a 100% observation from a picture.
From all the ralliarts i've seen the brake fluid resevoir has all been yellowish/clear from the factory...either way even if it came blue from the factory, in that picture it looks a bit dirty greenish IMO....
The DOT (Department of Transport) specs for brake fluids (except DOT 5 - silicone) are for them to be Undyed/Amber.
Many companies add "dye" (blue, green,....) to their brake fluids, so people can see the level in the reservoir.
My opinion, get the fluid tested for boiling point & see if it needs changing.
Color might be a good visual alert to check BUT not be be all.
