so if i understood correctly Brent, you guys will be upping the boost on your kit only, or will there be "stages" available from the vendor? Also is there provision for electronic boost control?

mmmm...boost..nom nom nom :P I am very excited for this. I am currently doin a custom build for mine but all I have is the turbo and IC so if this is a good price then I will be saving for this instead. We shall see.

And if it is not the right price for me, it is for someone else and I am sure, judging by what I see here, they will get a great quality kit.

The kit is pushing 8psi and will be only tuned for that. Based on my old kit it put down 253whp, that is quite a bit on 8psi. In my opinion I will install a LSD before I go to 10psi. You saw how I was struggling at that track with the supercharger on 8psi at 10psi the car would be uncontrollable.

Yeah, last i remember Michael was in contact with Wavetrac, i've since confirmed with them that the 2006+ 4cyl eclipse differential fits our transmission, and they are a bit cheaper than a quaife. I've also seen Quaife's online for way less that road race sells them for...

And what about boost control?

76.309.180WK should be for Wavetrac.
QDF31 I think is the Quaife.
Both are Eclipse LSDs

That's not the part number for the Quaife, mine has QDH7BR stamped on it, but it does not appear on Quaife's website, they only list QDH7B...looks the same.

That is the correct part number for the wavetrac.

Supercharger is off? Does this mean that the supercharger won't make it into production?

Means we have a reliable tune for the base kit. Its now up to RIPP to go back into production with it. If they do we will supply the tune.
