Alright, So i think i have everything but the intercooler and the exhuast, and various fittings/hoses. What size would you say to go on the exhaust/downpipe. Surely our stock exhaust is too restrictive right?

are our injectors "peak and hold" I already got a set of 440s for like 50 bucks, but I was looking at the rc 550s to maybe make is easier for hackish since he runs em too. All i seem to find on ebay are peak and hold and say theyre compatible with the evo.

for sure gonna pass a few to you for all the help when I get everything done. Wish I was closer to canada so I could check yours out.

Evo injectors do not work with our ECU...they require modification of the harness, i.e. series resistance in order to impedance match...

As for the exhaust i would have everything from the motor to and, if you so choose, including the catalytic converter, from there back i believe is 2.25"...the section of pipe that goes under the subframe to the cat is quite restrictive...that's what i'm doing...

I think it was the PL-9 and while your at it spend the extra and get the quick clips will save you the headache of cutting or splicing.

Nice to see another Bay Area 4G69 going turbo. I'm currently working on my build, but it's in a 4G Eclipse. Is there any other Ralliarts that are boosted here in Cali? There are 2 boosted 4G's in Cali both down south. One was built by RRE, and the other was bought from a guy back east on our 4G forum who put together his own setup. RRE also tuned his car after he installed the kit. Both cars as well as mine are using an AEM FIC for tuning. Anyways, good luck on your build.

does the evo dowpipe fit us? might be easier for me then trying to custom one if its feasible. fairly sure i'll end up going with a magnaflow eventually, just wanting to make things as easy as possible now and in the future.

well, as you already know, I went with an aftermarket evo manifold, so I'm hoping that it ends up being the compatible cause i got a really good deal on a megan downpipe ($30 brand new).

Also, I have the whole week off next week so I think I might start work monday. :X how bad do you think it will run without a flash after I get everything installed? The closest place that I know for sure can tune RA's to me is like 6 hours away from me, think it's feasible to drive it there without causing damage?
