Yes, I'd be willing to pay up to 100 bucks for a quick connect piggy ECU harness.

Quick connect harness for piggyback ECU?
A MIL eliminator should get rid of the CEL due to downpipe.
Man, I can't decide to put this thing on or not. If I get a CEL I can always take it off and try to sell it on Ebay. I hate uncertainty when it comes to my car.

I just looked at the ecu connectors and they are definitely not the same AMP parts i have.. I will see if i can get some from the junk yard (anybody have spare connectors laying round?) and contact my AMP guy to see if he can match them up

You can find a MIL Eliminator on Ebay. Not sure about which brand, product to go with though. Someone else might have some input on that.
BTW, heard back from Busch...
".... we do not make the harness for the EVO we buy them already done. You would probably need to get ahold of a big electronics company to see if they would be able to do it. I know they would have to find the connectors somewhere to do it. Sorry I couldnt be of more help. Thanks"

Okay the EVO IX's are out now... Has anyone know what the pin configuration is on their ecu's? Yeah, yeah, groan all you want but I still wouldn't mind having a jumper harness for a piggyback system. Besides, I even waited 6 months (with no response from anyone)before starting up again.

The harness (or lack thereof) is the only thing stopping me from getting a piggyback ECU. The thought of potentially voiding a 5 year 100,000km warranty is enough of a reason. If the harness available for the evo fits that would be great. RRM should put it together as a package though.

someone has to keep the dream alive and remind the vendors that there's an existing market for this. I'll try the EVO forum but I honestly don't expect much. I'll post a link from it if anything positive comes of it.

the only thing stopping me from getting the PB is that you cant just pull it off if you have to go to the dealer, if theres a way to do a quick connect i would by it right now, someone should say something to rrm about this
