well if they tested after the created it, and will sell it. then i think more people would consider in purchasing this part considering the good repsonses on the p&p intake manifold this throttle body would make that manifold so much better

Shortly I will look into doing this on my personal car and then seeing if it can be done on a larger scale.

We have our test unit here in perth, but we need to do a fll test on a vehicle. The problem is not that it won' tfit or won't work, we are very concerned that due to the much much larger size of the unit being a internal ID of 65mm compared to the 55mm of the factory unit, that there will be a severe leaning out of the engine.

So we are going to be getting a test car a - naturally aspirated stock or near stock unit in Perth, fitting it and then checking it on a dyno.

I beleive that it will be mandatory to use this throttle body, that a piggy back ECU is going to be required in order to make the car run properly because the factory ecu is going to realise that the air volume V throttle position is going to be way out of sync with each other and will need adjusting on the fuel etc.

Is there no way to change the voltage signal? No adjustment possible?

yeah a piggy back would have to be used if a bigger throttle body was put in place. i'm interested in this so when i go turbo, i can have this and the p&p manifold, and i can get it all tuned at one time, so i don't have to pay for more than once..

We are waiting on the final confirmation of the haltech interceptor unit working, and then we will test hte throttle body straight away in Perth on a local car again. Don't fear, it will be coming very very soon.
