mique I've said this a million times before and I'll say it again man. Thank you very much for all the contributions you make. Frankly, I just don't know even a fraction of what you do about this stuff and you've cleared up *SO MANY* questions I've had. Reading this thread almost makes me feel like a damned expert!

I dunno what it is about you PR guys but every one of you that I've been lucky enough to read from on these boards should get some sorta badass award.

Also, for the record and so I don't get "served" I want to retract my original prediction. I say 257whp 240tq. If I must remain in purgatory, I suppose I understand

So at least the EVO fuel rail arrived today and bad news, i thought its bore was bigger than ours but it appears to be the same if not slightly bigger ..... EIther way I will install the EVO fuel rail along with the blue injectors and make a plate to block off the FPR part because I am planning on keeping my returnless system... FOR NOW
TOMORROW when the injectors arrive I will install the whole fuel rail along with the injectors and I will post some pics of the FINISHED AT LAST IM

Ok so I am starting to lose my patience:

GOOD NEWS!!! The injectors arrived and I am able today to finish the IM install the fuel rail and send it home... of course I will take pics

BAD NEWS!! The valve stem seals also arrived but again I THOUGHT they were sent wrong but guess what .... I think this post is wrong references
According to this post in the n00b section the 4G64 valve seals fit our RA guess what THEY DON'T I ordered the seals two times from 2 different people for a 4G64 and they don't fit .... I will try to send one of the OEM I pulled from this head and send it to a company in CA to make them for me ..... what do you guys think teflon or viton? This and the camshaft are the only things I need now to finish assembling the valve train and therefore send it home....

Injectors 101

ALRIGHT@@!!! now I am happy IM is DONE here are the pics before I pack it and send it to PR. This is also a how to install the WRX blue injectors.

Here to the left Ra injectors 305 cc ?(green) right WRX 440cc (light blue)

If your powers of observation are still working you wil notice WRX injectors are taller.. and you can see also my kitchen
If you want to change them you must use the oring from the RA injector (the top orange oring in this next pic)

if you fail to do this the injectors will probably leak..

Next a pic of the connectors exactly the same!!!..

Now the hard part.. The WRX injectors are taller and that means you fuel rail will need some modification..You first need two longer bolts the same thread patter of the stock but larger. Then what I did was purchase a nut and washer kit and installed those between the manifold bolt surface and the fuel rail surface in order to level it.. IF YOU DONT DO THIS YOU WILL CONTINUE TO TIGHTEN UP THE BOLTS AND EVENTUALLY YOU WILL DAMAGE THE TOP RUBBER SEALS THE WRX COME WITH
Just put enought washers or nuts and leave like 1/8" free to tighten .....

HERE IS THE END RESULT

more angles

the EGR installed with the bottom EGR blockoff plate

I need to thank DREW for providing me with the stock fuel rail and injectors and a EGR valve.... hes been a great friend and support for this project....

hell yeah man, that makes installing my injectors that much easier. I knew that I would need some washers at least, but had no idea the height difference was that much. +1 to migueralliart, and thanks drew
