All Motor hp???
All Motor hp???
since rrm might not make their turbo kit by the time im ready to purchase it, i was thinking of going all motor.
my plan would be P&P head, P&P IM, header/dp, cam, and n/a piggy w/ a good tune. i already have an sri and AB exhaust and id be happy with 200hp.
could i achieve that hp? if not, what other parts could i look into to get it there?
thanks

+1, why not get the juices flowing
I have a spare camshaft in my head at home, you could take it off my hands and have it reground like I had my turbo cam done
of course if you buy the head from a junkyard it will likely come with a camshaft...

where can we get fuel mods for our cars since I havent seen anything on RRM you know like a FPR, Fuel Rail lil bit bigger injectors... Also can you fit 3000gt N/A injectors in a RA I know it would be dumb considering they are V6 injectors, but just curious...
i know where to get fuel parts but i cant find any pistons and rods for the RA.
rods "should" be the same as another mitsu engine. search around, it was bumped recently. pistons, just need to get one of ours sent out to one of the major manufacturers. gotta find someone that will work with you on a solution though. it won't be cheap though
on the other hand, RRM may be able to hook you up with whoever is doing their pistons, or at least order them to your spec.
the evo8 fuel rail fits our car, search and you will find that thread. different injectors come from the base wrx and the 350z's.

I wouldn't bore the stock rail, just upgrade. cheap parts from the evo for that, and while you would be the one to determine whether or not you need to upgrade your fuel system yes the wrx injectors would work. there are lots of things you can plan out with a little math, I believe someone has hypothesized that the stock injectors would be ok up to 200hp.
IMO you wouldn't need the rail upgrade for NA. you may need the injectors, it just depends on the duty cycles you see after doing all this engine work. if you decide to nos it you will need injectors though, if not a return-type rail and new pump.

the pistons sound like more trouble than it might be worth so ill scratch that until a later time.
thanks dan, your always helpful
