well the dealership called me back after I left the nastiest message ever! .. they offered me 50% off labor... thats it! what a joke! i told them i can get it for $130 online if i needed it, and have it installed for free by my dad! .. so he was like ohh yea? let me call you back...

he's been leaving me messages and bothering the hell outta me saying he can get me a good deal on the oilpan... but i really shouldnt be buying ANYTHING!! i didnt damage this...

so i filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and on that letter I said they should pay for the oil pan and my oil plug, and my next oil change... I'm not going to this dealership anymore (ALL STAR MITSUBISHI) unless they fix this for free... I'm going to another place thats only 20 min. farther away from now on if a have a problem... if they dont offer a free oilpan, then I'm going to write a letter to the Mitsu HQ and complaining about this.... either way, i hope something happens out of this... I still need an oil pan, but i rather someone else to this the right way, then the dealership...

is this a good idea??!! .. am i doing the right thing?

Don't hate the car, hate the game.

TALK TO THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP NOT THE SERVICE MANAGER.

its not the cars fault incompetent people messed it up, also a nail in its tire isn't the cars fault either.

I agree with rallidew thats why im a DIYer but i have had to deal with the dealership a few times luckily for me i got a great dealer but i personally would talk to the owner, the owners are usually cool about everything, and i know when i used to work at a dealer ship if i ****ed somethin up and the owner offered to pay for it i ended up paying outta my check thats why the service guys wont give you ****.
