Im not 100% sure if its the same with a different cam but the stock valve adjustment should be:
Intake valve: 0.008 inch or 0.20 mm
Exhaust valve: 0.012 inch or 0.30 mm

Im about to do mine this weekend so Ive been reading up on it.

EDIT:: BTW I was wondering if anyone knew of a decent video showing how to do this procedure. I want to have seen as much of it as I can before I attempt to pull it off this weekend.

I could be wrong, but I would think that the changed lobes of a cam would be what alters how the valves lift, not the initial lash adjustment. I'm sure someone with more cam experience will pop in and educate us soon though.

lash should be the same, but like bakuro said, with the new cam, they will all need to be adjusted...the lash is the gap between the rocker arm and valve stem too little and valves may not close completely when the engine is hot, too big and it will sound like a diesel. i can't see why changing the cam would require a different lash...

I just contacted rpw and they said to use the factory specs... So i assume the hot to adjust valve lash thread is correct?

Yup. If that's the case then its the same specs as above or in the 'How To Guide' set them while the engine is at operating temperature. Let us know how that cam does. I looked them up yesterday after seeing this thread, very interesting.
