My insurance jumped from 1000$CAN (800$US) to 1600$CAN (1200$US)! It took me 6 years to get all this behind me... so this year my insurance premium is even lower than last year. But at 35, it's about time I pay a reasonable premium for a change...

Then in july, I was sitting at home around midnight when I hear a loud BANG! Something in the back of my mind tells me I should go check on the car, and what do you know? A 4x4 ran into my parked car. The result, rear fender, door and front fender dammage, two wheels and the rear wheel assembly replaced (the guy hit my car so hard it banged against the sidewalk!!!). Then in september, I got into the first (and only) accident in my life for which I was responsible (off ramp, rainy day and oil spill from a truck).

nice!! so far i only got one ticket which was not stopping at a red light but that was during my big car accident which totalled my car. because my car is so old, it would still cost about 4000 to fix it so it would be totalled. the frame might of been bent. oh well........i'll probbaly get a lancer in about 2-3 years.....damnit i needa get a second job.
