if you ordered an item and got charged for 3-day shipping, your item should be SHIPPED OUT THAT SAME DAY, AND RECIEVED BY YOU ON THE 3RD DAY.

did they even refund you the price of 3-day shipping? they should at least refund u the difference between ground and 3-day.

Also: they should have notified you that the item might not make it in 3 days, instead of you having to track them down. its called customer service

thats great and understandable, but it doesn't answer why my grill came in with many scratches. heck i didn't even get a response for my eyelid quote..

3 day service is our ground service.. we are very good at shipping these small items quickly within the usa we just got delayed because of the holiday season and the fact that carriers were refusing to do pickups until wednesday of this week.

sorry we are not charging extra for our fast service, this 3~ day service is our standard for small parts... and we do apologize for not shipping the day after christmas. Our offer on ebay is the lowest priced we have ever sold at even with shipping factored in, its the lowest priced compared to anyone. And our grilles are also the best designed only thing better is OEM. Others are selling slim shell design.

So you don't offer any regular ground shipping? Did u refund him on shipping? if you say 3-day shipping, make it 3-day shipping. shipping it a couple days later, then putting a 3-day shipping lable on it is not 3-day. why advertise that if you can't make the deadline. Bring it, or go home i say

3 day shipping is our traditional ground shipping, we would love to guarantee an express shipment but fedex and ups told us they couldnt gurantee delivery dates during the holiday season, even carriers can get delayed. especially when your business is located in ontario california a major transit point for logisitics.

Mike, you say you are shipping my grille out today, do you even know who I am?? My name isnt on my profile?? I should be refunded the 3-day shipping that I was charged for, considering I LIVE in Rancho Cucamonga and you guys are based in Ontario CA (which is below Rancho Cucamonga) Christmas should not be used as an excuse. Its funny, I had ordered an item from Newegg.com and they didnt seem to have the same problem you guys were experiencing as far as shipping goes. I recieved that item in 2-days after ordering, regular ground shipping. If this is the way you do business Mike you are not going to last very long. Excuses only make your customers go elsewhere.

We shipped your grille already, You did not say who you were and we have only one order pending so I had to assume you were the last buyer.

Infact we shipped your grille almost a day ago, i expect it will arrive tommorrow. We have also not recieved any emails from you. We also sent you an email already, please check your junk mail bin.

this doesnt really even have any relavance to me b/c I would never buy a replica kit from this company but after doing some searching to see what everyone has said, sounds like everyone just needs to do their homework and check into these companies before buying. Sucks to get screwed by a company like Accolade and then have no type of customer service to back it up at all and the letter that was sent to Bushur after they tried to return crap merchandise that was sold to them is even mor bull****. Anyhow, this whole blame the shipping on christmas and we are based in ontario as a mjor transit port bs,why don't you take responsiblity for your companies inability to produce products and ship them on time,etc. I just placed a large order from Lancershop.com on december 24th and somehow they seemed to be able to get the products to me yesterday. And guess what I didn't have to pay for super special shipping.
sorry, usually I don't get caught up into writing about companies here,but when I see so many people getting screwed I feel compelled to speak my mind. just one person's opinion though!

How about refunding my shipping?? I figure that is the least you can do. In that case I would leave positive feedback on your ebay account.
