Mesh is metal, and metal does rust, even if powdercoated moisture does get in. what you can do is just remove the mesh every once in awhile and spray some WD-40 to keep it in great shape for your harsh winters.

Rust in a matter of months though??? Come on man. Cars rust too. Lets see how many dealerships would tell their customers a few months after buying one of their cars and they bring it in because it's rusting, "Hey man, cars are made of metal so they are gonna rust. You bought it, now deal with it." Yea, that should hold up just fine. lol

It was delivered to you. the track says so, you got the details you know what it says, i can post for everyone to see....

Lets just refund your money in full this is becoming too problematic, there are other vendors out there, we have sold our last grille set and gone out of stock.. so there is really not much I can do because you cant find your package...

I will go to the apartment complex main office tomorrow and see if it was left there. If there is nothing, then if the post office is open tomorrow I will talk to them and see what the hold up is. I tried to make this as easy as possible, I should not be blamed. It seems that there are a lot of people that have had the same kind of experience that I have had. I have had a simular problem with RoadRaceMotorsports and you know what, they bent over backwards to help fix the mix up. Now that is how a business should be ran. I didnt intend for this thread to get out of hand.

Ok now, in all seriousness. I have been on this forum for over a year now. I've seen time and time again where customers on here have issues with Accolade, both big and small ones. But that's not what really bothers me the most. It's how they respond back. After reading the comments posted back from Accolade members I seriously wonder if they are not run by a bunch of teenagers that have no business sense of the real world and a total lack of customer service. Am I the only one that notices this?

If you had only allowed me to pickup this item, this thread would have never been started.

I mean, i dont really care about the shipping, but if the parts dont fit like they say they are and they dont take returns....then why would ANYONE take that kind of chance. that is a lot of money! Does anyone have a good experience to share? because at this point I am going to shy away from them.

Do you research my man. I bet you the amount of disgruntled Accolade threads ranks up there with the "Can I beat an STI with this muffler now?" and "Got a New CAI, and I gained 30whp" threads. My point is that there are tons of threads on Evom where customers are upset with Accolade.

No, are you out of stock or do you have some to swap with rusty ones? damn

quote #1- "we have sold out last and are out of stock"

Or

quote #2- "we have stock so we can swap new for DEFECTIVE units"

you say you havent got the grille but the TRACK says dec 29..

But you cant even find your package. your refund has been sent please collect it.

Wouldnt you be worried if seller never replies you??? By the way....replying emails is totally free, u dont need .37 stamps to answer them.
