refund our money or get a negative feedback on the ebay account. 2 negative feedbacks will lower your reputation on ebay and you know how much it can effect your business. Now you might be thinking what the hell....????? Yeah, we customers also know how to screw the sellers and remember....we learned that from you guys !!!! By the way, you will not be able to leave negative feedback on our accounts becuase you have no excuse to do so....and dont forget you never replied our emails at all so ebay will remove that negative feedback from our account but you will be screwed for sure. Now dont tell us that email serivce providers also have holiday rush to deliver emails !!!!

they are up to their usual monkey business. Hiding after getting a bad rap. don't worry they'll pop up sooner or later with some hot new group buy, to get all the unsuspecting kiddies money before they know what hit them.

Bullsh!t! I work for FEDEX! the ONLY gaurunteed deliveries they commit to are PRIORITY overnight STANDARD Overnight (both Next DAY), 2 day and 3 day. these are gaurunteed. The only exception is a 90 minute window from normal delivery times due to holiday PEAK that is over now. FEDEX ground is the only one that is not time specific. so how about another lie from accolade?

WOW...i am reading these threads in awe. I thought Accolade was good, in fact I had emailed them about getting a full body kit and hood and possible spoiler for my car. They responded very quickly and informatively. After reading this and the other threads about the parts not fitting well, i am kinda weary. I mean, i dont really care about the shipping, but if the parts dont fit like they say they are and they dont take returns....then why would ANYONE take that kind of chance. that is a lot of money! Does anyone have a good experience to share? because at this point I am going to shy away from them.

I am currently in a group buy with accolade an a couple of weeks after i put down a deposit all these threads concerning fitment an service started coming up. so i tracked them down on a thread an asked them about fitment when they where answering posts on a thread. I posted my ques about fitment an got no answer to my post an then i posted again asking if dave would please answer my ques then he told me to check my pms an heres how it went
Then no answer an both of em were still online for a while after that
I have ordered from accolade b4 an the shipment was prompt. I am going to go through with the group buy on my extream kit an i will post a detailed thread with pics concerning fitment issues an quality plus the time it took to get here hope this may help you guys with your kit decisions.Guess we will see if they are show or no show
If anything i hope they will, they do have nice kits an i really want to change the nasty front bumper

Hello dave im sorry to see the bashing going on out there 4 you. My opinions on your products are still on the positive side and by the looks of the pics you have posted but there are issues that have been raised concerning the fitment.It says the kits are oem fit yet i keep hearing about drilling holes what is the deal with this? Me and a friend are going to be fitting this kit on my car an he has some body work experience. If this is going to be a huge job just to fit i really dont want it.

Sorry for what happened to the guys that got screwed on shippment/fitment. But now I'm gonna say this, because there have been tons of negative threads about accolade. Why do people keep buying from them? I don't get it. I could understand you guys buying something from some new company and if the product/service isn't what you expected you could complain and be pissed off, but everyone who has been to this forum before already knows how the accolade service is so why go through this again. It's like driving through a street that has bad potholes and you know about them and then being uppset that the ride was bumpy. I guess what i'm trying to say is there are other ways around. I don't mean to **** anyone off, I really feal bad for what happened to the people that have dealt with accolade and got screwed, but lets stop this from happening.
