I was trying to give Accolade a chance, there are very few companies out there that cater to the aftermarket needs of people who want to modify their Ralliart. I figured why not give Accolade the benefit of the doubt. I guess I was wrong, I will never do business with Accolade again!!! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

FEDEX ground is the only one that is not time specific. so how about another lie from accolade?

Really??? because looks like they gurantee alot from their site... So where does FedEx Express Saver® fit??? because they gurantee that and its not priority and its not standard overnight.

Fedex is only one of our carriers we also ship UPS, USPS, ODFL, BAX Global, Aramax, Overnite and DHL. We were told by a package handler to avoid their ground services and that they wouldnt do pick ups in our area until wednesday of this week for ground.

The FedEx Guarantee for on-time delivery for the following FedEx Express services will be suspended temporarily from Monday, Dec. 19 through Saturday, Dec. 24.

FedEx 2Day® Freight
FedEx 3Day® Freight
FedEx International First®
FedEx International Priority®
FedEx International Economy®
FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution®
FedEx International Priority Plus®
FedEx International MailService®
FedEx International Priority® Freight
FedEx International Economy® Freight

  • On Dec. 12, 2005, FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® expect to handle more than 8.5 million packages. The average volume is more than 6 million packages daily.
  • FedEx Ground began its peak season in Aug. by helping retailers with back-to-school retail shipping and "shelf stocking" for the holiday season. After the shelves are stocked for shoppers, next surge for FedEx Ground comes from online and catalog shoppers who receive deliveries via FedEx Home Delivery®.
  • The busiest day for FedEx Ground will be Dec. 12, when volumes are expected to reach a record-breaking 4.2 million, more than 60 percent above average daily volumes of 2.6 million reported in the first quarter, which ended Aug. 31, 2005.

Once again, excuses. if Fedex won't guarantee it, then it is your responsibility to tell the customer beforehand, and not advertise it for 3-day.

no other vendor on this site is more infamous for ripping off members than Accolade. Someone should really put a stop to this.

what does this have to do with fedex we did not ship it fedex, you are confusing everyone, we shipped the grilles priority mail.. and we quote the times automated by ebay, anyone who puts this basic standard service ebay will say 2-3 days does this mean everyone who ships priority mail will get it there in 2-3 days? We tried our best to get it out faster and normally we are on point but it is the holiday season and this has affected our transit times.. but keep in mind we still shipped plenty fast.

I saw this thread this morning and almost jumped in. I did get my mesh grills today so I am not going to beat anybody up, at least not on this web site. The product looks pretty nice. This comment goes to accolade, please take this as constructive, I am not trying to bash anybody. When you post on ebay that the product will be shipped in 2-3 day priority mail it has to be done or shipping should be refunded, it took two weeks to get my grills and I paid via pay pal the same day I bid on them. At the very least take the time to send an e-mail explaining the hold up. I did feel that I was in a situation that you took my money and ran. I know that I am not a big dollar body kit buyer, but when people like me don't spend much and get treated like a big time buyer with a little attention like an e-mail we have a tendancy to buy more stuff from you. Like I said I like the grills, I just wish the speed on delivery could have been quicker or I didn't have to e-mail you wondering about the hold up.

I purchased a set of the mesh grilles several months ago, received them in several days, and was satisified with the quality, seeing how I paid less than half for OEM ones. One persons experience.

is there a problem? because according to ebay there is no problem because its prestated that delays may happen so you buy with that understanding, we didnt write those terms, Ebay put it as a rule for all ebay sellers.

We sent out notifications and messages maybe he didnt get them, what I dont understand is that our system says delivered yesterday at 12:13 PM and he writes at 7:58 PM that he didnt get it. It was probably in a mail box of some type...

I still have not recieved anything, yesterday or today either!! I have been home all of today!! There is no notice of delivery in my mail box either and I thought that you only deal with FedEx, not USPS?? I also paid for this item on Dec 21, so you are saying that the mail is that backed up, even after Christmas??

I could go on and on about anything and everything. I just want my grille, is that too much to ask?? I should not be begging for what I paid for, it should be the other way around, you should kiss my a$$ so I come back and buy more of your products.

Express saver is priority. its a 3day priority that is gaurunteed to be delivered no later than 3 days. Even during peak. Express saver delivery commitments were always gaurunteed. Wow, i got those same facts at a meeting in november.
