brought the car in again and just got it back. this time before I took it I had them put it on the hoist so i could inspect it. the mechanic working on my car was a ****ing douche bag who was aggressive and rejected anything you said. the shop foreman who was also under the car inspecting with me seemed intimidated by the mechanic and didn't really do a good job inspecting. so from what I looked at, they were ****ing careless when putting my transmission back together with a few missing bolts, and one of the bolts mating the tranny to the engine was too long so it never seated properly.. his fix.. put a ****ing washer on it. then i go out, try my door, it wasn't fixed, went back in and told them, they sent it to the body shop for immediate fixing... again.. got it back, came home, they busted some clips on the inner panel so I had to glue them back.. and also the door handle spring wasn't put back properly.. so i fixed that myself.

bottom line.. if you want something done right.. do it yourself. I'm never buying another mitsubish ever again unless it's an evo that I strip out to make it a fully built race car, and then I'm never taking it to the dealership again

the car is back together, but I have no confidence in it anymore...

 

Well... dont lose confidence in your car because of apathy by the mechanics and.. well.. the dealership in general I guess.

I'm selling it as soon as i can afford another car, but with the way the economy and job market are going, It probably won't be any time soon. by the way, which set of wheels? I have 4 different sets, I might sell them as a package deal on the car. lol

 

4 different sets? geez... I'm just looking for some summer tires.
