Bump is there a way I could disassemble it so I can unjam it fully? Still having clutch issues...

Technically, the rod should travel more than that at full pedal stroke. It does take some force to push the rod back in, so that sounds normal.

Since at full pedal travel, the rod isn't moving as much, and you didn't indicate that you bled the system, I would bleed it first. Remember to bleed the clutch master cylinder bleeder first, as there is that "silly little plate" (see below link for what I'm talking about). Also, keep the reservoir filled all the way to the top. the clutch fluid intake is pretty high up on the reservoir (ref. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/10219434-post41.html)

If you really want to disassemble it, here is my dissection thread: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/04...intensive.html

a few more hours of sleep and I'll get on dropping my tranny... hopefully all goes well

I believe my rod isn't traveling much since it is jammed, for example when the rod goes in the boot gets wedged in there and the rod will then stop traveling its full length. That's why I asked to disassemble it, but not fully disassemble, just get that damn boot out of there lol and good luck with the tranny, interested in what happens.

Also I will bleed the system, just looking for a little how to, although it is self-explanatory...just don't want to mess up

When you push the rod in you should be able to move the fork and get the rod out of position to remove the boot

Well now it won't push in even if I push hard, this is after I adjusted my clutch pedal. Idk if that happened because I over tightened or not. But back to the pedal adjustment
