this forum is like my home now. i always login to check if anyone has any questions that i can help with or if i have any questions that i need help with. i feel so supported by everyone here and im so happy i found evom. ill continue to be an active member and a part of this growing community!

im still scouting for 04-06 RA owners here in scarborough but none of them seem so friendly so far idk why. is it the way i look or present myself? idk what it is

but anyways, thanks again for everything guys!

lol i just got the "evo" question

well yeah ive driven my cousin's evo ix and its amazing! the evo will be my car in the future. maybe when im a bit older but for now, i just wanna put all my love and attention to my RA. shes been good to me so far and i cant ask for more--other than a new tranny and a few tweaks here and there ;P

Some people are just not into cars even though they have RA's. Far out, I know.

I saw a Civic parked at work for 2 summers in a row. It had a roll cage, bucket seats, fire extinguisher and extended wheel studs.
I could never see the driver. Finally one day as I was walking in, I saw it ahead of me, so I ran a block to work to catch the guy before he left the parking lot and was able to ask him about it . We talked for 10-15 minutes about cars and I dont even know his name or remember what he looks like.

If they are car people, they will engage you.

 

people need to appreciate what they have and be thankful for it. i love how everyone here LOVES their RAs and they go the extra mile to make sure their RAs get what they deserve. and this forum brings all of these people together!

ahahaha! looool! yeah i know how Garrett drives his RA man! ive been in the car with him.......geeeeez...

so first he let me drive it. and im like "i dont wanna wreck your car man!" he goes "go ahead bro dont worry you wont wreck it" so i drive it around. put a bit of pressure on the gas pedal and this thing flies! he tells me to put a bit more pressure and i go faster and faster and faster and TURBO and faster and TURBO SOME MORE and i thought i was the king of the road with this tricked out RA.

then he gets on the driver's seat and............................................... ......................

*in our heads*

this is him = "HELL YEAHHH!!! IM GONNA TURN LIKE A **** COS I HAVE LSD BXTCH!!! REV IT TIL WE CANT REV IT ANYMORE!!! HELL YEAHHH!!!"

Lol Wow rzrxn I love your mini stories! You describe in a way that makes me feel like I am there. Anyway I agree with you on the love for Evo M and RA's.

 

thats good to know man! the more you feel like you were actually there, the more i feel accomplished in telling these stories

 

Lol I have to feel the same. Some days I get in a slum and I start looking around for and Evo or a nice DSM but at the end of the day my RA is my baby. I dont care what other people say about her, because once they are in the passenger seat and on a back road they cant complain or dis my lil' four-banger because i give them one helluva ride.

While Id love to get an Evo or DSM someday. But my RA is my baby for now. Unless someone has a manual they'd like to trade me! :P

And thank god for EvoM. I check this think daily, multiple times a day. Its helped me learn so much about this car, and other mitsu's in general. Plus I never thought Id be the guy giving any advice on these cars or having anything dubbed "bakuro style" lol But EvoM gave me that opportunity, and its awesome!
