now that don't make no sense, they weigh damn near 1g less than us, pretty much the same hp and tq and we still pull from them? either someone just can't drive or theres something about the mivec that just kicks a$$

 

i kinda hate when the guys at the beginning says that its not fair to compare the type s because it has more hp

however the RA has 400 more cc, how is that for comparison

honda is awesome in N/A and has the best hp per liter ratios

there is a lot of diff between the type r and the gs-r

have buddies with both

plus if u put a jdm type r in a civic, you can beat a stock evo from a roll

and i have an evo, but just because u drive a mitsubishi, dont bash the other cars

, dude you can't compare the two. So we have +400cc... and? What's the peformance out of that? It's also has 210hp, it's also a hatchback, it cost 23k, its an acura, and the i-vTEC system is more defined than our MIVEC system.

So the argument still stands, NO you can't compare the 2. Even with +400c and +19trq, we still lose.

the tC dynos 138whp stock. The ralliart dynos anywhere from 149- 157whp stock.

 

again... I had 2 tC shook last night. The Series 1.0 Red tC and a Black tc. Both guys, both acted tuff with there tC, but when called out... they just parked on the side of the road,

goin back to the first page lol----there's no way a ralliart lancer is gonna beat an RSX-S...the RA runs 15.5 stock, the RSX-S is 14.8-15.0 stock...ralliart loses...the RSX has 40 more hp, and only 20 ft-lb less torque, and a 6 speed tranny...the thing is just faster, and it handles better...the RSX-S is an all around better car and would thrash the RA in every way...drag strip and road course

and i've beaten RA's in my 99 civic Si... 160hp 111lb-ft torque 2500lbs...the Si is stock engine wise...only drivetrain mod is a short shifter. that Si runs 15.7 stock (that's what the testers say, ive never been on a track with it) the RA runs 15.5 so they're about even...it was a driver's race and i out drove the guy...but the automatic RA's...that's a joke lol

 

the GS-R has 170hp, the TYPE-R has 195hp and runs a 14.7 stock... a stock RA should get his *** handed to him by a type-R, and the GS-R should have beaten him too...the guy in the GS-R couldn't drive because the car itself is faster...the driver was the problem

Who said a ralliart could beat rsx-s? RSX-s is faster, no arguing that. Anyways, rsx-s handles better? Please tell me your joking? That thing handles just as good as an srt4. Remember, it an rsx-s, not a DC5 type-r. I have firends with rsx-s, ive viewed crsx... even they will mention the rsx-s handles like crap, the ralliart has good handling stock, close to the rsx... swap new tires and the rsx-s is DONE. Do your research, RA with new tires IS A DIFFERENT CAR.

I don't believe you Si smoked a ralliart, it probably was an AT. Ive whopped my friends cory 99 Electric Blue Si when all I had was an exhaust. From a dig... it was no contest, it was a homicide off the line, from a roll... he fair better... still I murder him there too, now I added in intake... and after a few races, he was DONE. You want vid proof? Ill run him this saturday and send it to ya . I also have a vid of me running a Si coupe with I/E/vTEC CNTRL... rape off the line, dude gave up after I had 2cars on him.

Ontop of that, I never lost to an Si.... hatchback, coupe... stock - modded. I ran a ep3 sI with I/DCRH/E and all I have is I/E... beat him on VIDEO. 15.5? Stop mag racing, there have been guys doing 15.1-15.3 stock. I suppose your also gonna say, a ralliart can't beat a specV or SVT focus or tC, . Also, a GSR is not fast... ive beat a handful... i never ran a type-R, but im not stupid... my boss daughter has one, they are FAST!

 

well ya talking about stock it might beat the ralliarts but, i run those cars every week including honda and eclispes, and i never loss to them. the rsx-s, i admit that car is fast but i pull on it in 3rd. plus im practicing my driving like crazy but if you have mods and still losing to an rsx-s than somethings wrong. im beating tsi's and gsx's all day.

 

OK I am going to comment on this and the other guys comment. Arguing the RA vs. RSX-S seems to be fun, and maybe the RSX-S is a little faster with the same driver...but someone in a street race can make up for .5 seconds. Driver is HUGE in the real world. Also, there have been lots of guys in here with a few mods running WELL better than a 15.5. I think there was even a guy in here that ran a 15.3 stock on stock tires.

OK now the next comment...the only way you are beating TSi's and GSX's is if you are HEAVILY modded and they arent...or they dont know they are racing. So let it go.

 

yea your right about being less modded but i don't care, im just happy to say that im able to be a tsi and gsx. just being n/a beating turbo'd cars makes me thing my car has great potential. and by the way, i think i should know when im racing aight.

a stock ralliart isn't even as fast as a stock SpecV, and it wont handle as well either...when pushed all ralliarts do is understeer...and RSX-S is made more for handling than anything, you take the two out to a track and the RSX-S will kill that RA...and every statement im making is based on stock to stock...not modded vs modded...stock the RA handles decent, but it's no track monster by any means. ive seen what stock DC5 integra R's can do on a road course, which is beat WRX's, and RX-8's, and the suspension on the stock RSX-S is almost identical to the R's... u put an RA on a road course with those cars and it would be in the back behind the miata's (which was the slowest of the cars racing) im glad you're proud of your car and all...that's great, it's not a bad car. my little brother own's one. but it's not the end all, beat all sport compact. it's quick, not fast, it handles okay, not great. It's no EVO. It's not even a Civic Si...which would rape it on a road course as well.
