I came across a new GTO the other day. I didn't realize what it was until after. Damn fast car. 6.0 liter all aluminum V8 putting out 400 ponies.

Have no idea what the power rating on the V6 one is, but those things are light as HELL.

The auto fiero is a 16-17 second car especially now that it's so old, he will be lucky to get it down the 1/4 in one piece.

You guys do know that almost everyone that drives a fiero has at least two in thier back yard

Isn't it the Fiero that has the huge history of engines catching on fire?

lol he just bought it today for $2500. It apears to be in great condition... Engine is a bit dirty.. The engine sounds good though. It's been stored in a garage for a long time. We'll never race eachother but he thinks its gunna be like OMG fast...

Fiero's do NOT have a history of catching fire, don't know where you heard that one. And I think the 4 cylinder's are 16-17 second cars. But put an engine that puts out 180 ft lbs of torque in a car that weighs around 2000 lbs, and it's no slug.......

Be it a rumor or not I never really paid attention to them until a guy at work bought one. Someone said that they have a history of catching on fire. A few months later his did just that. So if need be I'll go ahead and keep spreading this rumor.

Sounds like it's been beat hard and put away wet. Just like just about every other car made in the 80's.

mmm i looked at his Fiero's engine today... i couldnt tell the the former color of the air filter... it was covered in black sludge... looked to be about 60,000 miles worth... also it has like maybe a quart of oil in it at the most... opened the oil cap and did not see any oil in it... or where oil had been. rofl... 20 seconds and counting
