your best bet would be the folks at road race motorsports. They're one of the only aftermarket vendors currently supplying parts for the RA.

You'd most likely have to get them custom made. I'd shoot RRM an email.

Ok first thing, we dont have camshafts plural. We have a single cam in the Ralliart. And with the research done so far, a cam wouldnt really do much for the car and there arent any out yet for a reason.
reason one, the car is too new. period.
reason two, MIVEC is similar to VTEC. the cam's job in VTEC is to adjust the lobe being used at high RPM. With VTEC it is a 2 stage lobe setting. MIVEC is different in one MAJOR area, it is a 3 stage adjustable lobe. That is the main reason why MIVEC cars from Mitsubishi still have low end torque, where Honda's are torque-less. Making a performance cam would be even harder for Mitsu cars than Honda because of the more complex cam design. BUT, the car should react AMAZINGLY with a good head port and polish using the stock cam and cam gear. (no you dont need a gear for timing either as the Ralliart is self adjusting for the timing in the ECU. And that is coming from Rob so dont try and flame me guys) Yes I asked a similar question to rob face to face. Cam and cam gear question.
