First I've heard of early summer. The blurbs have mentioned summer, which I take to mean that that's their unrealistic goal and they'll actually go on sale at US dealers in the fall. But maybe they'll give us another indication of when they hope to have them on US lots.

Also interesting is that Europe is slated to get the Sportback in Sept and Australia gets it in Nov. It will be interesting to see if they get Ralliart versions at introduction or just the N/A-FWD versions. Something else to look forward to in the fall.

More importantly, they also stated the Ralliart is scheduled for a "Fall 2008" release and an "early 2009" release for the Sportback. (no mention on if that sportback will be just FWD or Ralliart as well).

Maybe I'll get an 09 A3 this fall. Audi just announced that the 09 will finally have AWD available on the 2.0 turbo motor.

Orange Evo Ralliart caught in the wild

I don't visit the Ralliart forum often so if this has already been posted then please ignore.

Found these pics on Socalevo.net and thought I'd share.
Credit goes to EVONATE who spotted this near the MMNA headquarters.
