sst problem

hi guys i have a ralliart 2015 and im from canada i bought the oil from SJL custom auto ( SJL Custom Auto | Facebook) like a lot of canadian does after that
the dealer have made the fluid flush and a teach in they only put 5.5liter of oil and they didnt flush the cooler.... now the car do some weird thing

after like 45 min of driving the tranmission service required light pop out and the car dont want to switch gear and he keep bugging when i put some gas
i shut the car wait for 30 min the light disaspear and i can WOT launch the car and do what i want until another 30-45 min....

Anyone have seen that? The dealer tell me car is fine they dont want to drive it for 45min-1hours... Maybe they didnt put enough oil?

Why on earth would you launch the car when you are getting a transmission service on the dash??? 🤦‍♀️

Did they put in OEM fluid or aftermarket?

Possibly 5.5 litres wasn't enough. There is a level check bolt on the LH side of the transmission, have to remove the wheel to access. I use this method when changing SST fluid to ensure proper levels.

You have to pull the overfill plug on driver's side behind suspension. To do this I cut the end off of an Allen key and the used a wrench to turn it. This is The only way to go from an unknown amount in the transmission, to a known amount in the transmission. I don't know if it can explain the behavior that you're seeing, but without the proper fluid level I think there's no way to know if things are okay. Do you know where this overfill plug is?

Check the level is a good idea. But it doesn't explain the situation where you can drive for 30+ minutes and hammer it. After checking, if you still have the issue, pull codes.
