has anyone had that plati dip on for a long period of time like a year or so i have only had it on a few months currenly it is still holding great just wondering how long it will hold up before i need to put some new layers down, or redo it not that it will be a big deal to redo every once and a while

It should last a long time as long as the ice/snow doesn't damage it. Being that you're in TX I don't imagine that will be an issue. Just be gentle when you're washing it and avoid spraying it directly with a power washer.

I'm anticipating some damage after this winter, but for me it's not a big deal to peel it off and redo it.

ya i am hoping for it to last aroung a year before i have to redo it but as far as carwashes i go to one of those big automatic ones with all the brushes and it seems to be fine for now. just hoping it does not get blown off in there one of these times

I live in Ontario and cannot find this damn plasti dip. Canadian tire doesnt sell it nor does home depot APPARENTLY. Both store say they do not sell it. Is is a US product only? What section would i look in to find the product. Automotive, paint section?

If you got some spare change laying around I could ship you up a few cans. You pay for cans, shipping and PayPal fee. lmk I'm in the Chicago-land area.

Thanks for the help. I finally found it @ Home Hardware. CTC, home depot, source auto parts, Rona ect. they all didn't carry the product. Home hardware ftw!
