AMS Goodies/ Install pics/ vids
So I got good news, and bad news. good news is that the install is done, bad news is that the test drive and videos are going to have to wait till tuseday beacause ups dosnt deliver on saterday where im at gay..
The install was very easy, took me awhile beacuse I was just getting over a cold. everything was simply bolt on, only had to cut the one rubber tube i did that with some pvc pipe cutters worked great, I would like to thank Dan at AMS for helping me out and hooking me up with some awsome parts, they sure do look hot, but well see how the ride is tuseday

So the boost pill you put in replaces the stock one and has a slighltly bigger dia. to allow for more boost? Also as far as software you are referring to the flash correct? I thought they could do that at a tuning or dyno shop? Any idea what kind of gains to expect from these mods and ballpark what the cost is? Sorry for the noob questions as I've never had a turbo car. Just trying to get an idea if it would be worth it to get the RA and do mods similar to these or just get a car like the wrx or gencoupe that does'nt need mods right away to be in the mid-to low 5's. And yeah I know the rex can get get high 4's to 60 stock, but thats with a redline clutch drop and their having numerous motor failures. Plus the RA looks a little better...
I don't know, I think the gencoupe is pretty sharp, esp. the GT version in black with the brown leather. The camaro V6 is really starting to grow on me too and they are starting to get some decent times on them now, really close to the gen and you can't say they are a "chick's" car. Just waiting for the hype to die down on them because even the 1LT's are pushing 30k right now...

Somebody correct me if im wrong but isnt that what happens when the car overboosts? goes into limp and doesnt go past 10psi? Especially after seeing your other thread with the CEL.
can you reset the ECU by unplugging the battery for a few?

Here is some good info. It isn't AMS but I don't think they have a post with all the graphs that GST does. Either way they both seem to be good tuners and either you will probably be impressed.

No I got a cel and the cel is the Air sensor, I found something else out but I gotta call AMS monday and talk to them.
