I never redline because I let if shift itself.... i dont shift it in sports mode. you have any other problems? I had a fuel metering code the other day....

Nope just safe mod 2 times. some jerk in a 350 was trying to be hard and i set him streight and thats when it went off.

I started and shut off the car 3 or 4 times. each time i started it i put it in drive and then park. it worked. discovered it by accident the first time. i was making alot of stops that day and i realized it went away. other then that it runs perfect.

i know this is a noob question but where is the boost pill located at? i started the tear down and so far all is going well just wasn't sure where it was at. any help would be great

its in the vac line, if you look back at the turbo you will see where the upper intercooler pipe bolts to it, there is a vac line coming off of this pipe has 3 clamps on it. the boost pill is located there in the middle clamp, all you have to do it remove that lil piece of the vac line, pop off the clips, them pop out the stop boost pill and put the new one it, make sure a clamp holds it in. wala there u go.

no i'm not there yet. working on getting the funky air box out. i'm also taking of the front bumper for the FMIC. figure if i can't drive my car may as well install what i want at once

You getting the AMS fmic? If so post pics! I want to see one on the car. I might do that next but I'm already sucking a lot of air in so exhaust is next on my list waiting for AMS dual exit.

yea it comes with the AMS logo even though there isn't an option on the website. i called and asked. mine's tarmac black
