last I heard the CC was not working at all with the new manifold, I was wondering if this was true or if someone just didn't hook it up right or something.

??? mine is fully functional. were you skimming or something? the issue was that some intake manifolds didn't come with the CC vacuum port by the throttle body. the fix was either to make one or hook the CC up to the port that hooks up to the PCV valve or some other port on the manifold.

ok... so if a Evo 8's manifold will fit ES's, technically... you could install a sheet metal intake from Weopon R, right. here is the link.....

4g93 is a mirgae intake manifold, not a evo's. its from a 5th gen (I think) mirage from 97-01'. has to be from the 1.8L engine. Just so happens it is better designed and cheaper to find than ours is.

5g mirage G93 from 97-01 = sedan . . . from 97-02 coupe. The sedan had to die first before the arrival of the 4dr lancer.

Ok I'll give it to him, but only because I need to have my sig somewhere on this page:

Yes. It'll fit but only with modification. No we will not tell you what needs to be done

ok i've just put a 93 manifold in and now it sounds like a WRX (boxster sound) from 2nd gear onwards. does anyone have this problem.
all the leads are connected and no CEL no backfireing nothing to suspect somethings gone wrong just doesn't sound right
