Actually I'm gonna stop looking at it.

4g64 did you try the force ODBII inspection patch?
I still gotta find my fuel temp sensor wires from the ECU to wire up the IAT sensor, ill see if i can find a pinout, my alldata expired 2 weeks ago and i know it had pinouts in there :-( damn.

EDIT:: I think i found the pinouts










Fuel temp sensor is number 51 on the A/T ECU pinout. So i wire the red wire from the IAT pig tail to that wire in the ECU, then just ground the black wire right? and do i splice the new IAT sensor wire into the circut or do i cut the ECU wire and only wire up the new IAT sensor?

Also does this SD rom have the codes cleared for the now missing MAF sensor?

One more thing, have FPI (forced pass inspection) enabled, but im still getting an EVAP code P0456, P0442 any ideas there? You the best Spike!

You might give the FCA bits a try I think its near the top of the table sould be two of them for evap stuff.

You have to apply all 3 parts of the patch before the values for which are enabled will take effect. Once its in effect it should just override the system for readyness.

Thanks for the auto Lancer pin-outs, but there are some missing from the list. It appears just to be a list of checks for the dealer. Any idea on the missing pins (auto box in/outputs, AC fan speed etc etc)?

Couldnt get around to setting up the SD this weekend, had to do body work all day on the lancer and get it ready for paint! But this weekend hopefully i should be able to wire up the IAT and MAP sensor and start messing with the rom a bit!

Link tried it last weekend without success the code it threw says the baro is out of wack so thats what i'm going to look at first. I probably missed a variable or something.

Gotcha, alright, well i can still wire up the IAT sensor withought actually using it right? one less thing to do!

OK figured out the issue with the rom was very simple the MAP sensor was not properly defined in the code.

XML fixes for the jitters assuming they even will happen are available in the way it was done long before me.

The ROM itself is setup fully for a 4 bar now so no worries on the EGR fixes.

I can't setup the kpa to load table for you guys simply because no one has done it so... I have no idea what settings are appropriate. I feel the car should at least idle if not poorly because the fuel isn't correctly set via the load table at first.

I figure its going to be really lean or really rich at first before tuning.

Awesome! LINK, if you flash this before this weekend let me know how its running, i wont be able to get anything done no sooner than friday unfortunatly :-( but im pumped to get SD set up!!

gave it another go it started right up this time and it idle lean in the 16afrs but im not surprised i still havent got a chance to get the bung welded on so the sensor just laying on the strut tower right now and the engine is warm from running errands just now but i still got p0107

Wait so the IAT sensor is just out in the open and not in the intercooler pipes? im going to try to get mine atleast in the intercooler piping today at work, and see if i can wire it up later on, then ill just have to plug the MAP sensor in and flash the ROM and be ready to tune.

how does the car drive?? whats a P0107, MAP sensor code? And what table do we adjust to fix the fuel?

You probably want to take the load side of the kpa to load table and multiply it by 110% (1.1) to give it more fuel. I would avoid trying to tune the car with the VE table until it run pretty closely with just adjustments to the kpa to load table first. You should be able to make it run very smoothly with just that.

Did you clear the code first to see if it will come back? I don't have any code to flush out odbii errors i think in the SD patch.
