Speed Density or MAS
it doesn't matter what mods, MAP sensor is way more drivable than MAF sensor setup.
And if you ever get stuck in traffic, you will LOVE the map sensor setup. It's completely smooth.
I'm sure you could find a larger enough bottom opening intake for the HKS INtake.
I would contact K&N to see if they have that application. Of course, you have to give up the intake filter.
Or you could put a straight pipe in place of the MAF sensor.
Also,
this statement isn't true.
YOu could leave your MAF sensor on the intake pipe and still run MAP sensor. What MAF sensor is going to essentially do is basically read the Intake Air Temperature and all other essential functions of the MAF sensor will not be functional, since you've pulled the MAF sensor out and replaced it with MAP.
I have my MAF sensor still in there with the MAP sensor conversion.

hey guys, about this speed density, im running the HKS Racing Suction Intake and come to find out, making it speed density will require me to have a custom fab. intake pipe in order to take out the stock MAF sensor and replace the MAP sensor....does anyone else have this same problem???
