Properly position for AIT should be in the intake manifold but for easy of install most peeps just install them onto the intercooler pipe(Intercooler to TB)

bump on this subject as I am going to install meth soon and need to know if the meth nozzle should be installed before the IAT , so that it will see the cooling benifits of the meth. or opposite IAT first then meth nozzle.

How far away from the throttle body is too far for the meth nozzle?

Your IAT sensor needs to be mounted as close to your throttle body as possible however, your meth nozzle needs to be inbetween your IAT sensor and the throttle body.

If you mount the meth nozzle before the IAT sensor it will throw off the temp readings and cause problems.

this will work fine if you're not spraying meth. Just make sure your adapters aren't too long such that the sensing portion of the sensor is not in the airflow.
