AccessPORT and AccessTUNER Updates for Mitsubishi EVO X and Ralliart
And... You know... The intake maps haha. If they aren't out by tomorrow and it's another nice day, I think I'm just gonna flash the stock airbox Stage 2 on and give it some testing... Waiting is getting too hard haha
Hey guys, if you're running any of the new v200 calibrations, please take a moment to post your WOT datalogs to the COBB Forums so we can review and refine any potential issues that pop up. Once these maps get the thumbs up they will be pushed out of BETA and we can proceed to work on intake maps. There is no ETA on intake maps until we have enough data from the new v200 maps for all model year EvoX GSR and MR vehicles.
To answer a few common questions from this thread:
Q: Are these maps different from the v30x ones I've been running (2011)?
A: Yes, there are tweaks applied to various areas as well as numerous bug fixes to tables that were not properly exposed in previous software versions. There are also steps between fueling types that will increase/decrease power by way of fueling, timing, and boost between octane levels.
Q: Will I see more power in these maps than the previous v10x (2008-2010)?
A: Possibly; it would depend on your modifications. We hope to have dyno data soon!
Q: Do I need to remove the boost pill on my Stage2 vehicle?
A: If you are achieving the boost targets, leave your pill in place. If you aren't, try removing it!
Thank You,
-Braden @ COBB

Dear COBB Tuning,
my problem is the v200 beta map is not matched with my settings. I'm waiting for your intake maps. Injen or PasswordJDM.... then I can post the results. Otherwise, it does not mean anything. I'm running stock intake and it's simply too rich....
thx

I also meant: if the map not match setup, what is the point of collecting data ?
I'm sure Cobb will get us the revised v200 ots maps soon enough. My v300 series OTS maps is still working great. I'm not too worried.
Kracka, remember that most of us are still running the v300 series OTS maps that were calibrated for different intakes. With the release of the V200 OTS maps all of us running the older v300 cannot run the v200s with our intakes/filters.

Why not calibrate your MAF while waiting for Cobb map?
I calibrate my MAF even after loading specific OTS map.
