I don't want to create a commotion or start any fights, but all these ppl who are confident they can get over 400 whp from your car must be smoking some kind of strong crack.
How in the hell is anybody going to tell you BS like that without first checking out the car?

I'm like to share with you my experience which is very similar top yours. I had George from the late-unlamented Busted Solutions tune my car and he added about the equivalent mods to my car that you have in yours. I too was only able to get a 13 flat best time with 106 mph. That reflects around 260 whp on a DD dyno.

Don't waste your money and time shipping your car to far away places in the hopes of getting back a monster. Your chances are much greater of getting a nightmare. You don't need more crap in your car. You need less mods and the right stuff to get the power you want.

You must know where you are before you can go anywhere else. People are bad to tell you "we'll get 1 million whp out of your car easily!" before they even look at your car. That's bullsh!t, they are just guessing and it's your money, your car and your time that's on the line.

My strong suggestion to you is to drive up to Georgia and go to Dyno4mance. Andrew can dyno your car and tell you exactly where you are and what is going on with your car. He might be able to help you with whatever problems you have now too. Anyway, Andrew and Barry were able to get 300 whp from my car with the same set up that Busted Solutions and later Doug could only get 259 whp. Later, some of the good guys from the Vishnu crowd (Noize and Dustin) corrected all the crap that George did to my car, Shiv added an XEDE and later Andrew tuned the car for 296 whp with pump gas!! (that's with low compression and blow-by)

Andrew from Dyno4mance is the only guy that I can recommend completely in this area. He is a really good guy, honest and careful. He'll not bullsh!t you and blow smoke to try and sell you crap. Of all the ppl I've dealt with, Dyno4mance are best and the only ones I can recommend (I can also tell you about the others, but that's not something complementary)

It's your car, your money and your time. But if it was me, I'd call Dyno4mance and talk with them first. Secondly, I'd take a hard look at the Vishnu XEDE..... Take some of that crap off your car and if everything is OK, you'll be putting down 300 whp or more with pump gas and you'll see the 12's in your time slips.
