Yes, I dyno'd at 500' then again at 5500' on the same setup/tune/octane/boost and lost 45whp/36wtq. This falls in line with losing about half a second, especially since I lost more like 60whp up around 7000rpm.
I would be back at the 11.9-12.0 area at sea level.

No, but I have run a 12.000 with less mods. I don't think saying "11.9-12.0" constitutes bench racing when I've already run 12.0 and have more mods now as well as a much faster-shifting clutch. Even if I only gain .001s, that's an 11.9, so you can calm down now.
What's the difference between 11.99 and 12.00 in 1/4?
About 1 foot.
I would think if the car has made 12.000 with at least 30whp less it is capable of 11.9. But by the time the man would have a chance to prove that at sea level he will allready be running 11.9 at 6000' with a new turbo kit.
