My intention was not to come off as the 'worlds greatest driver', or saying that nobody can go faster for less, like some people seem to do in every post. The only reason I listed the prices was because 'some' people think you need to spend thousands of dollars for basic performance parts. But when it comes down to it the engineering is the same as and all you wind up paying for is the name on the box.

With that being said I don't plan to add anything more power wise to the car until I can use what I am making now. The goal for this setup is 12.5s with more practice (obviously), boost & tuning.

I don't think anyone was trying to come off that way, rather just share insight as to how easy and cheap it is to go fast with theese cars

Remember, Petey, that he has an 04 w/SSL, so it was easier for us to go fast. A little lighter and a little faster out of the box.

I don't think - I know. 03-04s typically ran 13.3-13.4 @ 101-103 while 05s would run 13.0-13.1 @ 103-105.

You would know if you were around to see the results and if you ever raced your Evo, Zhemel.

^with this logic shouldnt the IX's be at 12.8-13.0 @ 106-108 assuming perfect driving

Yes, Reno, that has already happened. In fact, you can do a 12.7 in a stock IX with some really good driving. Several have already hit 12.9 with average driving and a few have hit 12.8. I haven't seen 108mph, but I've seen several 106-107mph traps in stock IXs. This requires good conditions, of course, but it has happened.
